Reiki-Supported Transformation Work
Rei-ki is a Japanese healing art & method that attunes one to “ki” or life force energy. I began my journey training to be a Master Teacher in the Western Usui Shiki Reiki Method here in the United States.
I found the real training came with the massive shifts required of me in my personal life in order to offer my gifts to others. You can hear me speak of some of those personal shifts over on my Nebulous Body VoiceCast. In a reiki session, I focus on observing a client relax into to their connection to Life force/Source/Creation Energy. This felt connection to Source can facilitate rapid healing. The body and mind can open stagnant or blocked energy centers which correspond to Central Nervous System pathways. This can ease & in many cases completely relieve the recipient of overwhelming or unprocessed emotions, physical pain, and mental looping (anxiety). Reiki work is an incredible support during times of uncertainty, transition & trauma. Many have had a soul-shifting experience in a single session. It is safe to use alongside other therapies and I like to encourage clients to let your Therapist or Physician know when you start a Reiki treatment to extend the web of support.

Receive this energy in the comfort of your own home. Create a comfy space to lay down at an agreed upon time and relax into the experience with a custom Spotify playlist. Detailed notes are sent by me and this is followed by a scheduled integration call.

Rei-ki is a powerful balancing energy, and can create different sensations and reactions in each individual. I have trained in Western Usui-Shiki Reiki Ryoho, a culturally Japanese informed technique of hands-on Ki (energy) work. Over 10 years of work, I have developed an energy practice that creates a unique ceremony for each client.
Here are what my clients and I myself have experienced before & during sessions:
Heat or Cold Flashes
Gentle pressure/tension anywhere in the body
Butterflies in Tummy / Heart Flutters
Mild Sleepiness
Flashes of visions, colors or emotions / memories
These experiences are a natural part of the process when your awareness moves inward and you interact with Ki.
After one to three sessions, clients have reported feeling:

For your session, please wear light, comfortable clothing. Drink ample water, hydration is truly imperative to aid in proper energy flow. Have a journal handy to take notes after the experience.
